I would attend the coference session "Management Styles" with Helena Clark, because I've got a new job and in this job I am the leader of my section group and leading, as the job, is also a new thing to me. So, I thing this conference session would help me to find out a manegement style that I would be able to use with my team.

I would attend "the conflict management" conference. The conflict soon all later happens in a team, because there are people with different backgrounds, way of seeing things, knowledge, etc. and It's very important that the leader manages conflict the right way, because if he doesn't do it, the job of the entire time it will be harmed, and the goals will not be achieved.

Please, i have a question. Is it right to say: "I would attend to the session" instead of "I would attend the session" ? Thank you.
