i think i will join Conflic management with Tracy Edwards, because conflic in a team will bring us many options and ideas for a plan, so our team maybe have more ideas to consider. And finally we discuss together and find out the best idea that we see it most appropriate

Why is the third qeustion in Task 1 false?

Hello jane234

True is a better answer because of the description of the talk:

Help your employees deal with change and to see the positives change can bring.

The idea is that since it focuses on the 'positives', it's not going to be about problems (which implies 'negatives').

All the best

I would attend the conference "Leading in uncertain times", because I think we live in times very uncertain and unsure; therefore it's essential we learn to face as much as possible unexpected occurrences.

I would attend the session titled "Using storytelling in leadership communication" presented by Antoine Martin. The reason for my choice is to learn how I can incorporate stories while communicating with my team.

I would join Conflict management with Tracy Edwards, because conflict often cause problem in teamwork not because they are there, but because we can't manage them. Conflict isn't something we should avoid but to control

I would been attending "Managing change" because the employees have to see changes all the time and they need to know the importance of that and see the positives change can bring that.

I would attend in the creative thiking course because I think that creative thiking not only improve me and my employee at work, but also improve us in life generally, so if any employee feel that this course touch his life not only his work he'll be more attendent.
