Hello, There are some sessions that are very attractive for me. For example i'd like to attend at management styles,managing change, development creative thinking for my team.

I am tend to leading in uncertain times because I think if you have a self confidence and believing with your abilities you would manage any emergency situation

I'm interested to attend programme two because I want to be creative and reduce the conflict of my team.

I'm interesting in how to manage small businesses. cause I'll be construct my business at near future, and the first step any thing is most critical and sensible.

Why is True for 4? There is no information about difference of small business and big one in the title. There may be difference between two types of small business or between small and medium-sized business.
