I don’t make phone calls ou leave voicemail messages in English because I don’t speak English very well yet, and I feel a bit nervous.

yes, i usually make calls to my colleagues,friends for office work, and personal help. I sometimes call to customer service regarding my monthly phone bill, banking transactions, online purchase, booking appointments and so on. most of the time when i call my friends on phone they answered but customers often do not pick up my call so i leave a voice mail message.
