I think that for me, the more interesting is the workshop from Tracey Edwars. The conflicts at the workplace are frequents. I would like to attend "Conflicts management" and to learn how resolved.

I would attend "Using storytelling in leadership communication" because I find it interesting. I think that you can catch the attention of your team more easily using it.

all of the sessions are really useful for me, however I prefer the "creative thinking" workshop, because my most important requirement is this skill considering my characteristic

hello, In my case, i would like attend " managing change" and "Leading in uncertain times" because in any teams we can found high and lows, and knowing how to manage this lows will ameliorate our way of working and stimulate confidents, so we should always focus on the positive side of this changing and learn to be more confident in uncertain moments.
