Every session is important. I wouldn't like to miss any. The reason being that all is a prerequisite for development.

The management conference is one of the best way to know something new and receive much information about it. Todays session we have different tutors who explain and consider different skills in management field. First of all i am interested in programm of Akira Yoshida. She considers main aspects of managing changes and give useful information for audience. After that I listened on Helena Clark's course and again was exicted with a hearing information. Tutor telled all instruments in details and teach every person to adapt in different management styles. In conclusion I want to add that this conference was very nice. Thank you!

My favourite sesion is the one with name "Coffee break". :D No, I'm just kidding.:) Lots of these sessions are useful for this pandemic time, but the most important for me is "Managing changes". Nowadays I am without my job and I'm looking for new opportunities, how to move on with my life, and I'm thinking about change of my work field. And this also led me to this online course. Thanks.:)

I would attend to the "managing change" session. Lot of employee work in their own routine and It's difficult to change their behaviour. They are attached to their way of working or their local office and so they are reticent to change any thing that could disturb them and they doesn't want to see any positive things around changement. I hope that this session could give me opportunity to learn some tools to adapt my communication and my project to apply changement as better as possible. Note: sometimes employee are in rigths to manifest against a changement, so i hope there are some tricks to listen correctly an employee ("how could we see if an employee talk about his privilege or a real issue linked to the changement ?")

Leading in uncertain times. Among all the programme, this is the most urgent and apt considering the challenges and opportunities that the pandemic crisis brought. I think not only the private sectors are experiencing uncertainties, but everyone should be concerned about the effect and the solution on this crisis globally. It should not be taken as a problem of one country since we don't live in an independent world. If a country was able to solve the problem but not the rest of the world, it should not be considered as solved. One remaining case unsolved in a country will still leave high probability of spreading it all over again globally.
