Well, at my job we never make phone calls to English customers, because the majority of them just talk spanish, but sometimes third party personnel calls us from other countries, maybe the US, and we must talk to them in English.

Could i know why my comment is awating moderation ?

Hello Titi,

All comments on LearnEnglish are moderated. That means one of the LearnEnglish team reads them and approves them for publication. We usually do this within 12 hours.

Moderating comments allows us to ensure that no spam or undesirable content appears on the site. Unfortunately we have to filter out quite a lot of this, but that's life online, I suppose.

I usually write emails in my job, when I'm asking about information from stakeholders, sometimes a make a call but it makes me feel more confidential if i write email, because it leave me time to check if i write it correctly.
