Maybe I would attend the session of Antoine Martin because I think the storytelling is very important in every job and, as a teacher, I need new technics to motivate our pupils. Although I would attend the one with creative thinking in my teams owing to the fact that many teachers are lacking in ideas nowadays.

I would like to attend Managing international projects. There are many different cultures such as gender, age, occupation, social position, and origin, etc. And I think it is necessary to overcome those differences and talk with people of different culture. In addition, this conference will be an international team and will proceed, so international communication can be established just by discussion. It seems that some companies are able to generate profit as a company by making good use of intercultural communication in a globalized society. In this way, I think that intercultural communication will be necessary for our future. So I chose this meeting because I thought it was great to discuss how to do it.

I want to attend various presentations, but especially I want to attend Helena Clark's one. This is because I am not better to adapt new situation than other my team's member.I think it is not good.It is an obstacle to the progress.I bother my teammates.I and my team's member can not be fun. However, if I can do it, these problems will disappear.Probably it is difficult to change myself suddenly, but I want to change gradually.I am sure it will bring good results to my future.I am looking forward to being able to do it.

I would attend "Conflict Management with Tracy Edwards". Because,Conflict arise easily in team. So,I think Employees are needed to manage it. But I know it's hard to do. Of course, People have their own thoughts. Therefore, through managing conflict, Employees will understand what their colleagues think. That's the most important thing for employees, I guess. The more conflict we deal, the more we develop.

I would attend Akira Yoshida's presentation. Because it is the most important thing to understand your environmental needs and how you adapt their changing habits. If you manage the change, you will overcome most of the problems.
