Which of the conference sessions would you attend? Why? I'd like to attend the creative sessions: "Using the storytelling in leadership communication" and "Developing creative thinking in your team" because I 'd improve my skills in this and I'd have more ideas for my team.

I would attend Akira Yoshida's presentation. Because it is the most important thing to understand your environmental needs and how you adapt their changing habits. If you manage the change, you will overcome most of the problems.

Managment is not honestly my "cup of tea" or something that is close to my future profession, but I would attend session "Using storytelling in leadership communication". It sounds extremly creative and revolutionary.

I do believe that all sessions which aforementioned have needs and space to a apply with . But i am interested the most a bout creativity parameter, to start and fulfill a considerable business for outcomes and needs, so renewing the ideas or clues of the team work by thinking creatively moreover effectively to make up a fresh solutions and good ways however they suit and balance with the requirements\needs of work's atmosphere .

I think all of the sessions are important for individual development. But I prefer ''Developing creative thinking in your team''. Because sometimes different and creative thinking provides successfully for the business.

I attended a lot of conference and sessions. Some of these was relevant with my job and some part was relevant with general culture. I attended them, because I want to developing myself.
