I come from Vietnam and I have never use voicemail here for it is only popular these days and we always have our phones with us. I just want to talk directly to anyone so if they are not there, I will call back after.

I am always doing calls because I am a bank attendant and a need to talk with my clientes.

I've never left a voice message in any language. Actually, I don't like this kind of communication at all. I don't think nowadays you need to disturb people with voice messages. Just write text message via Viber or Skype or Telegram any other messager.
