I would like to attend the Developing creative thinking in your team with Mariana Silva. I'm not good at thinking creatively. I can't think creatively when thinking about something because I often think of things only in a normal way. I think it is difficult for me to solve it by myself. So I would like to attend this conference and develop my creative thinking. I think creative ideas can help teams and develop ideas. Even if our team is in a difficult situation, we can get out of this situation if ideas spread. I want to learn how to find ideas and make use of my team.

I would like to attend the Managing international projects because I think that intercultural communication is the most important things. In this global society, there will be many opportunities to work with people from another country in international teams. However, there are many differences such as languages, styles, values, and cultures between us. Not knowing about these can lead to a mistake and misunderstanding. Therefore, we should learn how to intercultural communicate with them. In this conference session, I would like to learn how to ensure successful intercultural communication in international teams. Then, I would like to make international projects succeed.

I would like to attend ''Conflict Management with Tracy Edwards'' Conflict Management is very important for our team. Everyone can give their opinion and discuss with other people. By doing so, we can hear various opinion and come up with new idea. But, Managing conflict is very difficult. I think all the conference are useful for me, but especially I would like to attend Managing chance with Akira Yoshida. I have a reason for feeling this way. To begin with, I believe being positive is not easy. The reason why is that some people regard everything as negative. Of course, negative is also good. Because I think negative is polite. But maybe such people are worried about businesses. So, I want to attend the seminar with Akira Yoshida to tell them that there are another the way of thinking. Therefore, I will expect them to concentrate on their jobs with being relax better than before. Some people says that working is strict, so do not be relax. I understand what they say. But there is a person who make work too hard, as a result, she or he did suicide. I think such happening must not occur. so, it is the best that everyone is able to work with being happy. This reason makes me think that I wanna attend Managing chance with Akira Yoshida.

To my mind I would like to go at Tracy´s conference beacuse the ability to manage conflict in your company is one of the most important keys to success in order to figure serious problem out. In addition, the mayority conference are helpful to improve abilities who every busniess man should have to reach something.

I’d like to attend the “Using storytelling in leadership” program. Communicate with people is the most important things when we interacting with people. So, I want to learn the way to tell the stories when I interacting with people by Antoine Martin’s method. We can’t avoid associate with people. If I learn this method, I can build human relations and trust. I don’t understand the way of telling stories. I’ve no idea of it, So I expect to get a good answer by Antoine Martin. However, this program is not held in actuality. Nevertheless, I want to attend program, like this someday.
