Despite the whole conference program seem to make sense to me, but I would prefer to attend the topic of Leading small businesses with Cheng Wei. We all share a desire of making money regardless the methods, except, of course the legality of that work. However, nowadays there is rapid increase in the number of people willing to do small business. Personally, I am wishing to start my small business after post-graduation studies. Although, the strenuous may face any beginner, such topic of how to monitor the changes and mastery the challenges, definitely would bring my future business to levels of success.

I would attend the last conference about conflict management. It would be interesting other ideas to know "what to do" in a specific situation at work and how to see the positive side of things.

I would willingly attend the "Developing creative thinking in your team". At all times fresh ideas could give a chance to succeed. We live in a time when only new fresh ideas can single out a person or a company over the rest. It's a key to success to see things in a new way. I believe new approaches are very welcomed in any kind of business. This time it's difficult to amaze customers. That is why it's so important to be creative nowadays.
