These conferences are useful for some people but somehow not for me as I figured out digging in the text book and bringing out the knowledge as much useful and solid method for me

I would like to attend "managing change" because everybody have to know how to deal with change. The situation won't always stay the same as it is now. Also it is important because change has brought a lot of advance and development in our society, so we shouldn't avoid the change and his possitive things.

I'd like to attend the second part of workshop "Developing creative thinking in your team". because we need to see from different ways in things.

I'd like to attend "Leading small businesses". In my opinion, this is a really important topic to discuss, because many people start as small companies or organizations, and their leaders need a lot of motivation and good knowledge to manage such a business. Most of these companies become death because of their leaders, because when he gives up, everyone in that company gives up. Only good preparation, patience and ingenuity, which belong to the boss, can help save the small buisness.

I'd like to atend leading small businesses due to It's very important we can focus to small thinks and control it. Then We can be solve to big problems and became an experts.

I'd like to attend the leading small businesses and the leading in certainty times to let me get much more better in leading in small businesses and in uncertainty times. It's important to be more knowlegeable and have some new concepts.

Conflict management , because I believe that when we solve conflict between team members then we can achieve our goal in business.
