Tips
- Your online profile needs to be concise, engaging and convincing.
- State a clear title/role under your name.
- Your summary should be in short paragraphs.
- Think about who you want to read your profile and write in an appropriate style for them.
- Add links to examples of your work if you have them.
- Check it carefully and get feedback from a friend or colleague.
I still don't have one, but these days while looking for a new job, I realized it's crucial and that many companies an recruiters ask for one.
I think one of the best tips is to be creative, make your profile engaging and attractive, but not to scandalous.
Describe yourself, your job experiences and your abilities.
Make it short and concise, show that you're competent but do not add unnecessary information.
Also, speaking a second language must be a plus.
