I would attend for conflict management because sometimes conflicts destroy teams, but sometimes they help us to achieve the successful. I think different people have different ideas. Therefore, for that reason is more probably that the team presents differences sometimes, and those differences sometimes lead us to conflicts.

I would like all the sessions because I'm too weak in communication. This is why I'm here. But I most like session is feedback. Feedback is very helpful to build employees. Second I'm also like storytelling. I like very much story. I read many stories in childhood.
