I have been training in my home for two years but I start go to the gym 2 months ago and the most thing that I like for the gym is the area where are the machines to do cardio because I'm so lazy for do cardio for myself and I love the crossfit area

I don't like a gym that much. I think I was unlucky at that time. Gym trainer only care a member for the first day. Later, you can do any equipment as you like. They are not interested to train or how to use equipment. They only care a person who hire the personal trainer at that gym.

For me what I like most about going to the gym other than gaining muscle and keeping my body healthy is it gives me the energy and motivates me to do my homework during the day, it keeps me away from laziness and procrastination.
so yeah I love going to the gym.

But. In the text

Hello Kotan6,

If the gym is open '24/7', this means it is open 24 hours per day 7 days a week. This means it never closes.

Therefore the gym is open at 4 o'clock in the morning, which means the correct answer is True.

Does that make sense?

Hi Kotan6, I thought the same as you, but the question is still correct, that is, it is open at 4 am. But I agree that it generates more than one interpretation.

Sometimes we are surprized by content as we have no idea what is talking about. In the capital city where I live, there rarely are a gym that is open like 24/7, so at the first glance, we consider it as a false sentence. Because we've already know there is no gym that is open after 12:00 PM.
It has happend to me a billion of times. :D

The best part of going to the gym is maintaining healthy myself and fitness. But, to choose a membership, I consider the treatment with the client and the equipment they have. Also, I like seeing some programs that include dancing.

What would you like most in a gym?

I would like to use different equipment and I love to fit my body and brain. I did gym when I was 24years old and at that time my weight was 40kg and I was thinking about the gym and I went to the gym or done hard work then I was getting fit body wth in 6month,

I mostly like to join a program such as dancing. It is good exercise for relaxing, especially under the pressure.

I a gym I mostly like that I can work out on my own at any time. I can also switch off from my parental leave and do something good for my body. My gym is very similar to the gym described in this text. The most practical point here is that the gym is open 24/7 and they also have live courses like zumba, six pack training, yoga or pilates.

I don't like to do exercise in gym. I likes to do yoga in studio. Where I can listen to music while doing yoga and its calm me down. Yoga also cure my back pain that I had for sometimes. I think everyone should do yoga to stay healthy.

what i like at that fitness center is opened around the o'clock that offer more chance to coordinate between our work time and training time this is good to practice commitments

I could consider 3 main points: 1. the instructor needs to be nearby because I feel confident and stimulated; 2. relation benefits and costs must be positive, and to have quality with a good price, and finally 3. it is important modern equipment.

I just wanted to explain more to try to help you see why the correct answer is true :)

These two sentences do not mean the same thing:
1. The gym OPENS at 4 o'clock.
2. The gym IS OPEN at 4 o'clock.

Sentence 1 means the gym STARTS to be open at that time. It means that before 4 o'clock, it is closed.

Sentence 2 is a state, not an action. It means that at 4 o'clock, the gym is open, not closed. But it doesn't mean that it STARTED to be open at 4 o'clock. It does not tell us what time the gym started to be open.

To put it another way, for example, if a shop OPENS at 9:00 (i.e., it starts doing business at that time), then it IS OPEN at 9:01, 9:02, 10:00 and every moment until the closing time.

So when question 7 says "The gym is open at 4 o'clock", it is indeed true (because the poster says "we're open 24/7, we never close"). The question is asking whether at that time, the gym is open or closed. It's not asking about the opening time.

The most I like at the gym is leg machines and exercise. As a volleyball player jumping is so important and obviously these parts of the body need training. Once you start to see the result, you consider the effort are worth.

Let's me ask a question because you told you were lazy. At the task 1, I don't know why no.7 is True. I can't find any information in the text to realize that the gym open from 4 o'clock.
