I would like to attend Leading small businesses workshop. as a matter of fact small businesses are becoming popular in 3rd world countries and help families to improve their life style by impowering themselves thorough economical independency.
I would like to attend "the storytelling in leadership comunication" because I think that's important speaking to people's heart to create a debate or new ideas but also to convince them. Nowdays there are lots of minds of comunication that may be used knowing the art of storytelling to create a social community might support you and your projects or ideas.
I like "Managing international projects" because today is very important to feel comfortable with intercultural communication in an international company.
Which of the conference sessions would you attend? Why?
The last time when I was working with my team. my boss emails every team member for the conference meeting in the evening. this is why because that was the last day of the month and our team achieve the minimum profit that month that's why he conducted the meeting and asked every team member to improve our work and get better output for next month.
I would assist to Alisa Petrov's workshop called "Managing international projects" because I want to know all the steps I have to follow to successfully launch an international business and consider all of the necessary advice for the way I will travel.
I'd like to attend the conference of giving feedback with Amelia Novak, because I think that give feedback to your employees can help them to improve their work.
