Which of the conference sessions would you attend? Why?

The last time when I was working with my team. my boss emails every team member for the conference meeting in the evening. this is why because that was the last day of the month and our team achieve the minimum profit that month that's why he conducted the meeting and asked every team member to improve our work and get better output for next month.

The workshop "Management Styles" by Helena Clark would be the most interesting for me at the moment. I would like to explore my style first and to learn how I can adapt and adjust it to my class or team in order to get better results.
