Julia and Sammy: Taxi!
Julia: This is my taxi.

I can't see the video either. But a relative of mine, who lives quite near, can.What can I do?

Hello Eivissa,

I wish we could help you, but there's not a great deal we can do with a local issue like this. I can give you some possible causes and possible ways to address them, but I can't tell which if any will help:

  • It could be a software problem. Try using a different browser to see if this helps.
  • It could be a hardware issue. Try using a different device, especially if you are currently using a mobile device of some kind.
  • It could be a security settings matter. Check to see if you have multimedia blocked or if your firewall is blocking certain multimedia types.
  • It could be caused by your service provider. Try connecting on a different network.
  • It could be a question of local regulation which may not apply to your relative for some reason.

From a distance I can't say what the cause might be, but these are some possible ideas. Good luck!

why can't I watch the video? I need to pay money to subscribe self-study online?

Sorry, I'm not sure why the video didn't play for you, but I've just tested it and it is working OK for me. This video is free to access and there's no need to subscribe to watch it. Perhaps there was a temporary network problem, or the video might be blocked in your local area.
