I always prefer to text rather than call because I feel much more comfortable. phone calls and video calls give me anxiety, that's why I never answer unless it's one of my family members like my brother or my parents
It depends on situation, if itβs emergency it should be phone call. But usually I prefer text message it offers me enough time to think about what I have to replay clearly. Also it makes me feel more comfortable.
