I would like to attend to everyone because I am a businesswoman. I manage a pharmacy and have a small but challenging staff. I think these conferences would help me a lot.

I would like to attend the session of “Using storytelling in leadership communication”
I believe communication is the key to a great team and workplace. People love to hear stories and get motivated just by hearing them. I would love to learn how to do that I want to speak to people's hearts and manage my team well.

Could you please let me know why "4" is True?
In the text, it doesn't say anything about defference betrween small businesses and "big" ones. If it was a "alse, True, Not Given" question what the answer was?
