"Leading small businesses with Cheng Wei" is my choice, As I'm in my 30s it is time to study how to manage and develop my own business.
There are two sessions of this conference I am concerned, there are "Giving feedback" and "Using storytelling in leadership communication". Because I think that what I miss to become a good leader.
I would attend de conference that talk about explore the diferent ways to give a feedback, because i think we have to let it know at our employies how their are doing his work and that can help them to be better in their job.
I'd attend Leading small business because I'm passionate about having my own business.
I think, that how to leading in uncertain time is very important, the world change quickly, more and more companies are closing, that's why it will be interesting information

As TI developer I have to deal with the change every day. I have to update my knowledge and skills to keep up to date. Therefore I think I have experience managing change.
