There are two sessions of this conference I am concerned, there are "Giving feedback" and "Using storytelling in leadership communication". Because I think that what I miss to become a good leader.

I would attend: Managing change

As TI developer I have to deal with the change every day. I have to update my knowledge and skills to keep up to date. Therefore I think I have experience managing change.

I find that the Amelia Novak's conference: "Explore the different ways to give feedback to maximise development" it could be really interesting because it give the oportunity to improve your comunications skills when it comes to teamwork and the more apropiate way to feedback.
