In my previous work experience, I frequently liaised with clients and suppliers in English. During slower periods, I typically made around two phone calls per week. However, during busy times, I had to take several calls per day.

I had video call in English last week, I could understand well what he said and reply well. Before the making call , I am afraid not to understand and can't make reply. I did communicate well actually, I need to practice more though.

How often do you make phone calls in English?
Umm I never have one!
But i am so confident to practice my English, and my friendly personality helps me improve it! Like wherever I go I speak with other in English and make relationships, when I make a mistake I laugh at it and learn from it!

I don't make call in English because no one of the people whom I am related with them don't speak English.
