The "Giving feedback" session is the one I would like to take the most. There were many times I could tell people were confused or discouraged after I provided my feedbacks to them. My intention was to help them grow, but the way I delivered the messages didn't work. I feel I need to improve this skill very much.

Definitely I would attend to the conference given by Mariana Silva about Developing creative thinking in a team because I consider that subject one of the most important skills nowadays in a successful team work. If you’re working in a team that is capable of thinking creatively, you would be able to solve almost any problem or issue it could happen in a project.

I would participate the conference " Giving feedback " and " Conflict management" because are very importat for the professional construction.
I want to attend a Conflict management session because many times conflict happened and affected our progress. So it would be great if I could participate in this session.
"Leading small businesses with Cheng Wei" is my choice, As I'm in my 30s it is time to study how to manage and develop my own business.
There are two sessions of this conference I am concerned, there are "Giving feedback" and "Using storytelling in leadership communication". Because I think that what I miss to become a good leader.
