I'll choose the Managing change conference in the morning to learn how to help my employees deal with changes because sometimes we have to change to see the positive things. After coffee break, I'll choose the Leading in uncertain times because if we have to change we need to bring confidence to my team. In the afternoon program, I'll choose the Developing creative thinking in your team. this conference may help our team change, growth or progress.
For me , i would like to attend conflict management , because the management of conflict is the hard task in the workspace. I need to know somethings that help the manager to resotve the conflict
I'd like to attend the Management styles conference, because when you start in a management position is necessary to know the differents ways to deal with your team.
I would like to attend in managing change session, because change is not an easy thing to deal with.
For me, I would like to attend the Developing creative thinking in your team session. I believe that different ideas can make different results. With creative thinking, we can have a lot more innovations.
I'd like to attending the conflict management session, because I work in a difficulty environment fully of conflict about work details. So this session will help me a lot.
The "Giving feedback" session is the one I would like to take the most. There were many times I could tell people were confused or discouraged after I provided my feedbacks to them. My intention was to help them grow, but the way I delivered the messages didn't work. I feel I need to improve this skill very much.

Definitely I would attend to the conference given by Mariana Silva about Developing creative thinking in a team because I consider that subject one of the most important skills nowadays in a successful team work. If you’re working in a team that is capable of thinking creatively, you would be able to solve almost any problem or issue it could happen in a project.
