I live in a big city and not far from downtown. But my street is rather calm and not too noisy. From my window in a corner I can see a park in front, the junction of the two streets, two crossings and the traffic lights. Cars drive slowly and there are not many buses. It's quiet, I like it.

I live in Athens, Greece.
It is a large and densely populated city.
My house is next to a busy road with many cars passing by during the day. So there are traffic lights, junctions and crossings and many signposts to make it easier for people and cars to move safely.
We have wide pavements to walk in any direction we want and to do our shopping in many stores.
But on the other hand we also have a lot of noise.
Very often ambulances, motorcycles, police cars pass by.
But it is the city that I love and fortunately I have the opportunity to spend some time in the countryside.

Where I live, the streets have very poor quality and a horrifying aesthetic.

When I drive, I pay attention to traffic lights and pedestrians crossing the road. If I don't know the address, I read the signposts to find my way. I avoid driving on motorways because I find them dangerous, so I stick to driving within my city, navigating roundabouts, junctions, and streets. I also make sure to park my car carefully so it doesn’t touch the kerb.

In my country, the traffic is chaotic. During rush hour, it is not uncommon to see motorbike driving on the pavement, motorbikes driving in car lanes and vice versa

Where I live there are a lot of roundabouts, traffic lights and junctions, that often are very dangerous for pedestrians. My city isn't designed for pedestrian and people riding bicycles, because the streets are too small and congested, while the pavements are too small for two pedestrians.

There are here a lot of junctions, mostly with traffic lights. We almost have signposts around so that it is almost impossible to get lost.Kind police officers are always in the area., so it is safe.
