Paul: On the left … under the scissors … Oh! Do you mean the hammer? Is this it?
Bob: Yes, that's right!
Paul: Ah! Why didn't you say so?
Bob: I did!

hi i cant seem to find the video for task 3 the receptionist and caller
I'm afraid there is no video for Task 3. The idea is to use some of the language from the video, but this time in a phone call instead of a conversation in the office.
I'll give you a hint: the answer for the first gap is 'sorry'.
