Susanne: Hi, Mario. Can you help me prepare some things for the next month?
Mario: OK, sure. What can I help you with?
Susanne: I need to visit the customer in Germany. It's important.
Mario: What can I do to help?
Susanne: Can you send an email to the customer? Ask them when I can visit them next week. Please do this first. It's a priority and very urgent.
Mario: Right. I'll do it today.
Susanne: Thanks. This next task is also important. Can you invite everyone to the next team meeting?
Mario: Yes, I will.
Susanne: But first you need to book a meeting room. After that, please send everyone an email about it.
Mario: Yes, of course.
Susanne: And finally, can you write a short report about our new project? I have to give a presentation to our managers next month. Please do it when you have time – sometime in the next two or three weeks. It's not too urgent.
Mario: Sure, no problem. I can do it this week.
Susanne: There's no hurry. Take your time.
I'm a student so i help my friends with their exercises and I can explain for them some lessons if they need to revise them
Sometimes I like helping my colleagues at work if I have available time, but if I am handling many tasks, I prefer to finish them first. for instance, the task I can help with my co-worker is preparing the reports for a presentation, completing pending items in the units, arrange meetings with the customer.

I always help people I don't know how to say no to them
Usually at work, I am a team player, so that my team and I reach our common company's goal together. For instance, when my workmate and I We are working on some technical report or some company's project, We help each others about these matter for wich we haven't information or We have few background that instead our coworkers has. Furthermore, when my coworker is working in my same company's project and He is late with his timeline, I try help him doing any his activities I Know and Wich would allow him to respect his deadline, before He reporting it to our boss.
