Man: So, did you see the final episode last night?

Woman: Of course! As if I would miss that!

Man: And?

Woman: It was by far the best episode, definitely.

Man: Yeah, totally. The dragon at the end and all the special effects in that final scene were amazing.

Woman: I loved that part! But I still don't think this series was as good as the others.

Man: Really? But you said you wouldn't want to miss it?

Woman: I know, but still … it's a lot more predictable than it used to be.

Man: But that's because the story has been told so well that all the characters are reaching their destiny now.

Woman: I don't know … before, anyone could die at any time so it was exciting! But, this series, no key characters died and we all knew they wouldn't. When Jaime fell in the water after the dragon attacked him, we knew he would make it somehow. And … oh, surprise, Bronn jumps in and saves him.

Man: They did kill some characters in this series, though. What was that one's name …?

Woman: Exactly, see! You can't even remember who died!

Man: Hmm. The only thing I didn't like about this series was that it was shorter than the others. Seven episodes instead of ten. Maybe they spent all their money on that dragon!

Woman: Right! I don't understand why they did it, as all the fans would happily watch ten episodes.

Man: I reckon that now they're not using the story in the books any more, they don't have as many ideas.

Woman: That would explain why they're not being as brave with the story too. It's more like a Hollywood film than a TV show now.

Man: So, is Tyrion still your favourite character?

Woman: You know … surprisingly, I think my favourite might be Cersei.

Man: What?!

Woman: She's so interesting! All the awful things she's done and the way she's just aiming for revenge, even though it won't make her happy. She still surprises us because we're expecting her to have a happy ending where she sees her mistakes and becomes a good person. But she never does, no matter what it costs her. She's unpredictable because we just can't believe anyone would be like her.

Man: I guess. You don't have to like a character for them to be your favourite!

I did not watch this series since I prefer to see YouTube channels and reading books to spend my time in watching a series or TV show, nowadays I am listening to many useful podcasts.

The first one is incorrect because she said that she watched of course the last episode and not that she always watches it.

Hello thomasjuhu,

I think she does not say it in so many words but it is very strongly implied that she watches all the episodes. First, she says 'as if I would miss that', which implies that she is a committed fan even if the statement refers directly only to the final episode. Immediately after that, she says it was the best episode - not the best she has seen but the best of all. The implication is that she has seen all of the other episodes as otherwise she could not make a comparison. Then later, she says that fans (and she is clearly a fan) would happily watch ten episodes, which again suggests that she does not simply dip into the series from time to time.

I think all of the above is sufficiently strong evidence for us to draw a confident conclusion that she watches every episode even if it is not explicitly stated.

The statement "by far the best episode" implies that the woman has watched all the previous episodes. She couldn't make a comparison if she hadn't seen them. Additionally, she mentioned that she didn't think this series was as good as the others, which suggests that she has watched the other series of the show. During her conversation with the man, they talked a lot about the show, and she provided details about Cersei, indicating that she knows a lot about the show. While she didn't directly say that she always watches the show, the evidence suggests that she is a fan of the show and likely watches it regularly.

Well I think is "Games of thrones". This serie was one of my favorite, but I didnt like the last season, because I also felt that many scene were predectible. It was not thrilling and I was disappointed that the story did not follow the plot of the book.

My favorite serie is How to Get Away with Murder. I really love watching drama series and this one is one of them. It is about a female lawyer who suffered violent abuse in her childhood and in her love relationships. She is very appasionate with her career and also teaching Law in the university. In her last relationship she realese that something wrong is happened and she has the feel that her husband is not confident with her. She discovered a murder who was envolved her husband but also some of her students.

I really recommend this serie. The actress Viola Davis is very excelent. And the serie show many details to find who was the murderer but also you discover more crimes, more people who is envolved and learn how does the law work.

I don't really know what series they are talking about. But i think it's good. My favourite TV show is "Wednesday". And does the Afton family count as a TV show? If yes then it's also my favourite.

I didn't know which series they were talking about but after reading the comments I understand that they were talking about "Game Of Thrones". I didn't watch this series but I watched some edits in instagram so I know the faces of the actress and actors but ı don't know their names. I generally don't watch tv series because I don't have so much time to do this. Instead of watching tv series, I watch movies in my free time. However, when I was covid, I watch "La Casa De Papel" and "The Walking Dead". I love action and science fiction series and movies. I like TWD because there are really good effect and scenes. In the series, they are helping each other to live even though they don't know each other. The survival instinct drives them to be together. It is so long series and you can see the improving of the characters. Moreover, La Casa De Papel is good series because the characters are not predictable and action scenes are satisfying.
