Yes of course, I sometimes leave voicemail messages in English to improve my English. Also, I occasionally make phone calls to my friends in English

in my previous work, I have to call many customers to explain the company's services as one of my job responsibilities, but, sometimes we couldn't reach them, so we leave a message directed to their email.
