I've just made phone calls to book a hotel room, but I've never left voicemail messages yet.

Hi guys! Definitely I am afraid of talking on phone with English people cause I think that I can't understand..
I feel nervous...but I feel comfortable and more confident when I try to speak and I realise that I understood.

Yes, I do have experience making phone calls in English, particularly in my previous workplace where I was responsible for liaising with clients and suppliers. While I have experience leaving voicemail messages, I prefer to call again later if I am unable to reach someone directly. This is because not everyone checks their voicemail box frequently or carefully, and I want to ensure that my message is received and understood.
