In Turkey, people put their surname after their name. If they have an academic title like this Dr., Assoc. Prof., Prof. Dr., these titles is used before name and surname, as shown in this example Dr. Mesut Uyanık.

In Russia, a full name is written in the Western traditional way: the first name comes first, followed by the surname. Typically, there is no title before the name. However, in formal documents, a patronymic name is used and placed between the first name and the surname.

Actually, it's not so. Historically second name always comes first and you could find it in any any document of government organizations like school, university and so on, but private companies bring the western format in. So now you can meet both almost equally

Generally in Bangladesh, we don't have any surname. Our tradition is somewhat different from other countries. The last part of our name is actually nickname by which everyone calls us. Some people's nickname are shown at the front place of their name as well. Without nickname we just use our rest of the naming part as formal name. We use those names only in the official documents. Otherwise, we only refer to nickname everywhere.

Surname is the name that you share with people in your family. In Vietnam, people put their surname at the beginning of the full name which means surname appears first.
