for me if i would attend that conference, i would probably go and listen Mariana Silva's Developing creative thinking in your team session.
the reason i would is most of companies run out thinking creatively, so to let my team think creatively i would attend that session.

I would like to attend the Developing creative thinking in your team conference because I feel like I can improve my creativity and I would love to. Additionally, it is a great idea to motivate our team with creative tasks and so on...

All the conference sessions are really good but I would attend the management styles session by Helena Clark because, in my opinion, it is all encompassing.

In my current time, I only graduated few days ago, but maybe in future i will become a head of a company hh. So I would like to attend the following sessions: Management Styles, Development of the creative thinking and Conflict management, because I think that they will be needed the most by me.
