The phrase is correct. We say 'hearing' because 'to' is a preposition rather than a part of the infinitive here. Prepositions have objects and these can be nouns (to the party, to the meeting) or -ing forms (to meeting you, to working with you).
You can say either 'I look forward to...' or 'I'm looking forward to...' here. The second is a little less formal to my ear.
