In EGYPT we put our surname at the end. But sometimes some people call us by our surname instead of our names

if it is for a informal document, the people put first his name and the end his surname, but it is for a formal document they first write his surname.

In Turkey, people put their surname after their name. If they have an academic title like this Dr., Assoc. Prof., Prof. Dr., these titles is used before name and surname, as shown in this example Dr. Mesut Uyanık.
