I would like to attend the conference about conflict management because its idea is very positive and creative solve problems
I would like to attend to Management styles because we can have different situations in all different topics. Sometimes people can have their own problems so through this attend, they can focus on management to earn new viewpoint!
I would like to take the conference "Conflict management" because I work every day with people in the lab. Researchers believe they always have the reason and it's complicated when they have a conflict because nobody accept be wrong.
