I live in northern Italy and it the last years it became warmer: this means that it' doesn't snow anymore in Winter the fog has disappeared and the Summer is very hot.

In task3 we have a sentence saying "the wind is moving air - it blows our hair and the leaves on plants"
Can we use "the" before "wind" in the above sentence even though we are discussing it generally not about particular situation

The normal way to say this is '...goes below zero'.
When we use 'down' it's generally with 'to': '...down to zero' / '...down to below zero'.
