Come and join our lunchtime yoga class with experienced yoga teacher Divya Bridge!

When? Every Tuesday at 1.30 p.m.

Where? Meeting Room 7

How much? £10 for four 30-minute classes.

What to bring? Comfortable clothes. Divya will provide the yoga mats.

Yes, I have some different activities before and after my work time. I do yoga in the morning three times a week. it is the best opportunity to stretch my body and it keep me in health life. In the evening I have music classes they are so good because they let me completely relaxed and keep my mind calm...

after studying,i usually play soccer in the park .I feel very interested and comfortable to play it with my friends.

I would also like to try yoga classes, I thinking breathing and stretching will help me relax after work.

I run a Badminton club where we meet three time a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 PM, right after work

Do you do any classes outside of your work?

Yes, I do GYM exercises everyday at around haft pass six in the noon after work, it help me look good and feel better, reduce stresses and anxiety

Yes, I take dance lessons twice a week and I also go jogging twice a week. It help me feel better because I have a sedentary job.
