I think I will attend the conference Giving feedback with Amelia Novak, because sometimes I do not know how to give a feedback without beeing rude.
I would attend Tracy Edwards conference on Conflict Management, because I consider this topic very important for work teams. Many teams don't know how they can continue work when something goes wrong.
I will take part in the session “Giving Feedback” with Amelia Novak because I have found that I have a problem with giving negative feedback to others. Negative feedback can bring negative emotions, and negative emotions lead to uncomfortable feelings and reduced working quality
I think I'd like to attend Developing creative thinking in your team, because the creative thinking is an important skill since it's a great way to solve problems and develop ideas and projects, also it's this think that makes every person actor in his life not just a viewer.

Which of the conference sessions would you attend? Why?
I would like to attend the Managing International Projects session of this conference because I want to improve my intercultural communication with my clients. This will help me to efficiently communicate about the project details and can earn new projects from international clients easily. Communication is the backbone of every successful business, especially for international clients. It is very important for all those who want to do international projects.
I´d use leading in uncertain times, because I have seen a lot of small bussiness close due to uncertainty of the market and lack access to economic resources. Leading in a hard time is an hability that is necesary to manage it in grow in Honduras entrepreneurship.
I think, I'm so interesting with Antoine Martin's Workshop about Using storytelling in leadership communication, because I love storytelling and by this workshop I want to improve my storytelling skill, especially to communicate with my business team.
For me i would like to attend Developing creative thinking in your team, because all of that can help me to enhance my brainstorming of thoghts, also create a common cummunication with my framework team.
