I have never tried to live with a housemate before,
but I think that I can't deal with a new person because I don't about their hygiene or personality.
I also don't like people that talk a lot.
Maybe it would not that bad, but if I had to choose, I would choose to live alone because I like the calm. And I would also go outside a lot, and call my friends to keep me company, so I wouldn't get depressed.
I don't know, cause i never share my room with someone, but i prefer share a house to go to univesity, and that's for many reasons, one of them is that booking a house alone will be more expansive than with housemates.
In task one, i think all of them are correct. Can anyone show me the why some sentences are false?
Hello stellapoon,
The false sentences are 2, 4 and 6.
2. You have to share a bathroom.
The room is described as 'ensuite' and in advertisements of this type ensuite means that a bathroom is attached to the room. Also, the advert mentions that the kitchen and living room are shared, but does not say the bathroom is.
4. You can keep your car here.
The advert specifies 'No parking'.
6. Pets can live in the house.
The adverb specifies 'No pets'.

I personally prefere living alone. However, if I had to share a house, I would look for my roommates who allign with my lifestyle. Specifically, I would prefere a smoke-free, clean environment, without pets or loud music.
I prefer to live alone. Depending on situation I can share the kichen and living room, not the bedroom and bathroom.
