Giving feedback with Amelia Novak because I have difficulty discussing some subjects. I don't feel comfortable, and I know it is essential to provide a feedback to improve the employee's growth.

I would attend Conflict Management conference with Tracy Edwards, because for me this is very important to know how to solve the conflicts that occur in my work team.

I will probably choose 'Leading in Uncertain Times" by Omar Abboud because dealing with a market and an economy that is always unstable and variable can impact the team's performance. So, I would consider learning some soft skills to bring confidence to my team.

I would attend the conference Conflict management, because I believe it is essential, considering that people think differently and that when they come together in a team, conflicts will certainly occur.

 I want to attend all the conferences. Each one seems interesting and will allow me to explore my abilities. Talking to my colleagues will enhance our team collaboration, and it will also give me new ideas.

i would attend Giving feedback conference by  Amelia Novak because for me that is a skill i need  to develop espicially  in the workplace in the future , because  sometimes you would have to give a harsh but a truth feedbacks to your coworkers or even to your boss , so you would have to be careful with your feedback .

all the topics seems intersting, bat i think i will be more intersted to attend the first session relative to using story telling in leadership communication. i like listening to differents experiencies to improve my ceativity and encourage me to think positively.

A scheduled conference is something that must be organized and I find it impressive that they are so organized.
