Woman1: Yeah, they were smashed. Dave stole this hat from a hen party, nearly got into a fight. Yeah, that was a washout. Never mind.

Woman2: This shot shows how much I’m enjoying being a mother. I’m really treasuring every little moment. And here we all are ... all together … a family.

Man1: It’s just a typical Tuesday meal for us. It shows how healthy and balanced my life is. Made it myself.

Woman3: This photo clearly shows how advanced Millie is. I mean, writing up to five, at her age, is incredible.

Woman4: I mean, look at that beach! That’s what you call white sand, isn't it?

[singing] Three, two, one … Happy New Year!

Woman5: What a New Year’s! If next year is half as good as this one has been, then ...

Woman1: I just don’t know why I’m feeling like this.

[baby crying]
Woman1: This is the life, nothing better than relaxing with a takeaway over New Year’s. Oh, what a night! Another typical evening for me, clearly enjoying myself but then that’s the sort of fun, carefree life I lead.

[baby crying]

[singing] People tell me how I’m a-losing my mind but I tell people you just in my car. Oh, time moves faster than me, can’t you see all this job you been working I’ve been a-running free.

what an Interesting video!

I usually use my second account on Instagram, not because I'm not happy to see my friends when they are living their best stages, but sometimes I feel like I don't wanna waste my time anymore. I need to focus on myself by following accounts that are beneficial for learning. In some ways, my second account is more fun and keeps showing me motivational, funny, art, even tips and tricks videos. Occasionally, I watch my close friends' stories and I'm happy for them, everyone is living their lives and we have to appreciate it.

Absolutely yes, it has affected my mood, but thank god, I have discovered that very early, and I have quite all social media platforms since 2021, and I really can see the difference between my life before and after, I have quite it specially because social media really can affect how do you feel, it can be useful sometimes but in my opinion it is very bad the most of the times, you will always compare your life with others, and surprisingly it will be better than yours, also the transition between the different feelings is very fast, you read or watch something good news and after that bad ones and so on, and it makes you feel hopeless and unmotivated to do anything, plus regret yourself to wasting time, you feel like you don't control your life.
There are a lot of things that motivate you to quite social media, and now people become more aware about its effects, and how does it affect our lives.

Our lives have ups and downs, and usually downs are much more than ups. However we just want to show the best part of our lives to others which makes us more vulnerable to difficulties.

Yes, social media post has already affected my mood. This was a tiktok content of a man in his mid forties affected by terminal cancer. So, his wife was posting him eating different meals, knowing that he was going to die soon. It was so touching and heartbreaking to watch those videos that remembered me of how blessed we are when we are healthy, strong and disease-free.

Yes, definitely! When I scroll through Instagram, I often see mothers dressed up, wearing makeup, and showing off their spotless homes with their kids. This makes me feel frustrated because I’m always busy cooking, cleaning, or studying, and I don’t have enough time to take care of everything. It made me anxious and think that my life doesn’t make sense or that I’m a disorganized person, which is not true. So yes, social media clearly has a negative effect on me. That’s why I decided to stop looking at this kind of content and focus on something more useful instead

Zuckerberg is earning a lot of money with social media because of publicity of sponsors. But this is impossible if they don´t have viewers, so they have created the necessity to follow other people´s lives, because it´s addictive. They know the human psychology, we are social beings and one of our most inherited habits is the comparison with other people, something we must avoid to be happy.

I think the social media posts influence the people's lives ,mostly the teenagers'. It also affected my mood and I felt jealous and happy when I see the great things of theirs as well as I felt insecure

Has a social media post ever affected your mood? How can we protect ourselves from this problem?
Sometimes, I realize that social media post has affected my mood. When it showed the happy things, I became a happy person. When it showed the sad things, I also became a sad person. However, I must know what I fell and do not let every social media post affected my mood.
