Hi Maria,
I hope you're well.
I'm just writing to say thanks for your help on the project last month. We really appreciate you stepping in to support us. I know you had to put in extra hours to catch up on your own work, so thank you very much.
Your expertise was vital for this project and we couldn't have finished it successfully without you. You really helped us and we hope to work with you again on future projects.
I'll be in touch again soon about possible future collaborations. I look forward to working with you more closely this year.
All the best,
Paco

Hello thawzin_tashiya,
It's hard for me to provide specific advice without knowing you better and knowing your strengths and weaknesses. It could be that you need to improve vocabulary or grammar, or it could be a question of how you go about the tasks. I can direct you to some articles about improving your level:
https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/english-levels/improve-your-english-level
Unfortunately, there's no magic spell to improve your level - it's just hard work and persistence. Remember, however, that it's often very hard for us to see our progress, especially at intermediate levels where there is incremental improvement in many aspects and not big jumps like at beginner level.
My advice is to keep going. I suspect you are making progress even if you don't see it.

The last time I thanked a coworker was in December when my coworker helped me with my department's budget and they both worked late into the night.
In my job, I spend most of my time collaborating with my colleagues. When we finish a project or a task, we usually express our gratitude to each other naturally, but it's not common for us to send emails just to say thank you.

Actually ,I always thank my colleague for her help
