Hi,
I'm glad that the live session is coming back.
The first session that I attended was very fruitful.
I would like to discuss the following two things in the upcoming lesson.
If you dress 'yourself' in a shirt you use 'put on'.
For example, I'm putting on a shirt.
But, if you dress 'someone else' in a shirt, how would you like describe it?
(For example, someone who has had both hands injured and not in a position to 'put on/wear' a shirt 'themself'.)
2. A passenger goes to a bus driver, who is sitting in hi his seat, at a bus terminal.
Passenger: Is the bus to Glasgow?
Bus driver: No, ma'am. 'It' is the bus to Liverpool.
Passenger: Oh, no! Where's the bus to Glasgow?
Bus driver: That's the bus to Glasgow over there-number 41.
No, ma'am. ''It' is the bus to Liverpool.'
Is the use of 'It' correct here?
I look forward to seeing you in the lesson.
Thanking you!

Hi dear tutor, I'm struggling to find the right way to follow the points offered by British Council, including this live session. There's too much information so that it's not easy to always understand. Too much information kills information! Please help us do better to find myself in the app.
Hi, I tried to connect to today "language clinic: Live Q&A session" but I've not been able to find it. Can you please explain me how to connect to those live sessions?
Thank you.
Marco
Hi Marco7,
The reason you can't find it is that it hasn't happened yet! The date is on the page:

Hello Neil :)
Please, are these both sentences correct and why?
"Don’t be fooled by appearances because it necessarily be as."
Don’t be fooled by appearances because they necessarily be (or are?) as.
Thanks!
