his conference schedule looks really interesting! It starts with an opening session by Dr Jon Martinez, followed by workshops on different management styles, giving feedback, and managing change. After a coffee break, there are sessions on using storytelling in leadership, leading small businesses, and leading in uncertain times. The afternoon includes lunch, workshops on managing international projects, developing creative thinking, and conflict management. The day wraps up with group discussions and a closing session by Dr Grace Moloney. It's a great opportunity to learn and improve leadership skills!

I want to improve my soft skills, it is a very important skill in life, not just work.
I will go on conference with Mariana Silva because she's a pretty woman. And would like to communicate with her in group discussion or after it.
Mr. Antoine Martin's "Using storytelling in leadership communication" will be the most attractive workshop to me in this conference. First of all, I will be sober after 1045 coffee break. Secondly, everyone likes story time. Last but not the least, I have been spending my whole life practicing story telling skill. It's a classical topic in human world. Keeping UP!
