Come and join our lunchtime yoga class with experienced yoga teacher Divya Bridge!

When? Every Tuesday at 1.30 p.m.

Where? Meeting Room 7

How much? £10 for four 30-minute classes.

What to bring? Comfortable clothes. Divya will provide the yoga mats.

Yes I do. I meditate every day for mental health. Sometimes I do breathwork. I also do exercise classes every day: I walk, swim or take tai chi classes.

Yes, I do. Sometimes I take aerobics classes after work. Those classes are amazing because yo can move your whole body and you can take the stress out of the day.

no i don't  any classes outside of my work but i like to do it as yoga class

Yes, I do. I attend a dance class three times a week. The reason for this is that dancing is my hobby. Besides, it’s my passion and I genuinely enjoy every session. I started two years ago because I want to get stronger and stay fit. Right now I can see a real improvement in my moves and overall coordination.

I usually practice yoga in the morning to find balance between body and mind.  
In the afternoon, I enjoy running outdoors to breathe in energy and recharge.  
These habits help me stay harmonious with myself and others.

Yes I do.

When I have time, I go to the Gym or join a classes to learn something new.

when I don't have time, I am trying to take these classes online.

On the COVID 19 pandemyI started to make online yoga class to times to week. Yoga is a very good exercise and you can do in your home together someone or alone. Online have a lot of instructors and you must choose a good instructor. Day by day you will see that Yoga is very benefi activity

Just right after work, I take a class about how to program things using the Python language. It takes me approximately 40 minutes to complete it.
