Obviously, this is the sequel to Fun in the City, which is a film I didn't like so it's fair to say my expectations were low. So, you could say I wasn't disappointed, as it met my expectations. It was awful! It was so awful, I'd rather not spend any more time on it by talking about it. But, that wouldn't be a film review and I think I owe you all a review to save you wasting your money going to see it.
So, it starts off with this big wedding scene. And, I won't go into why, but the whole scene is just there so they can make this one joke. It's not even a funny joke ... it's just, ah, it's just terrible. It's got nothing to do with the rest of the film. Anyway, it starts there. Then, instead of the characters and the plot staying in New York where the original film was set, one of them wins a ticket to India and decides to take all her friends. It's what directors do when they've run out of ideas … let's take our characters on tour!
Anyway, they gossip, cry and shop, and they repeat this until the end. No real people would ever act like this. I didn't have any sympathy for their problems or even care what happened to them. Don't go and see it, you'll only encourage them to make another sequel. The world doesn't need three of these films. Please save your money and go and see the other big film this week: Twilight Mirror.
So, if you're a fan of the book it's based on, you're probably as excited as I was about this. For everyone else, this is a film fans have been waiting ten years to see. I have to confess, I was a bit nervous. I'd seen the posters and they didn't look right. I didn't love them at all. And I wasn't sure about the actors they cast either. So I went in not sure what to expect. But … I loved it.
One thing I really liked about it was the pace. They went backwards and forwards between the real world and the computer world and it worked really well. The special effects brought the computer world to life and I totally believed in it. But, more than that, I felt emotionally connected to the story and the characters. The whole film worked on so many levels. It reminded me of going to the cinema as a child – how much fun that was. I can't recommend it enough.
The last movie I saw is Harry Potter. It's a good movie but it put me to sleep
my name is joao pedro
The last movie I saw was “Now You See Me.” It's about four young magicians who are like Robin Hood, distributing stolen money. These are three very interesting movies that keep you hooked from beginning to end.
I watch the series called The Dome now. It's based on a book by Stephen King. At the beginning, a big dome covers the whole city and citizens find themselves isolated from the rest of the world. They try to find a way out and facing with strange events messing around. I still haven't finished watching it, but it's really interesting despite quite simple plot, and I like the cast. Nowadays, most of directors try to find...well...a bit strange actors, those who look...well, directors think like we are, regular people, but this series is full of really beautiful actors and I like it. I understand, if you would be running, your hair doesn't look really well and makeup probably too, but this is a film and I want to see nice picture)
I'm not sure enough, but it seems like the reviewer loved the second film. She was responding very well about it, but in the end she said: 'I can't recommend it enough'. Am I missing anything?
Hello Safe_Mode,
I can't recommend it enough is a very positive comment. It means that she liked it very much - however much praise she gives, it is not going to be too much.
Simple phrases are I can't praise it enough, I can't speak too highly of it and I can't tell you how good it was.

Last movie that I watched was vikings. This film was good and you think is be in that film and the cast play very good and sounds that everything is real.
The last movie I watched was a Saudi film based on the famous novel Hujen. I really enjoyed the pacing of the story and how each character perfectly embodied the traits described in the novel.
The last film I watched was Vikings.
It comprises 2 parts and the 1st one has 10 seasons! It's a really long drama series.
For me, the 1st part was a bittersweet story. Many characters were really compelling. I liked the brotherhood between Floki and Ragnar Lothbrok. But... because I got attached to the characters, it was an agony for me that my favorite characters gradually waning. But all in all, it was a good opportunity for me to know the Vikings spirit and its history. Now Thanks to this series, Norway is one of the country that I want to go and see someday.
The 2nd part was also gripping and I couldn't resist their cliffhangers. I binge watched it. Compared to the 1st part, the 2nd part was easier to watch and rather relieving. Just like the 1st season, I liked the brotherhood of three main characters. Each character has to contend with difficulties. Sometimes they are swayed and lost their way. But in the end they managed it.
If you are looking for something historical movies, why don't you give it a shot?
