i broke my right hand, because i fell

I broke my left hand when I was a kid. I was playing soccer.

I think that day in my class, my friend and I were arm wrestling as usual. At first, I didn’t feel any pain, but my arm gradually turned purple and started swelling. After that, my father came and took me to the hospital for an X-ray. I had to undergo treatment and wear a cast for two months. While I was in the hospital, I thought a lot about my mistake and the pressure my parents were under. I am very grateful because I am now healthy and completely fine. I have learned a lesson about being more careful and taking better care of myself.

I suffered from minor bone stress fractures in my wrist bone and knee, due to two separate injuries: one while playing football, and the other when I lost my balance while carrying a heavy bag.
I didn’t see a doctor at the time and simply endured the pain. Over the years, the injuries gradually healed on their own, although I experienced recurring pain throughout the healing process.

I have never broken my arms or legs.

Yes, unfortunately, I broke my right leg last year while I was playing a football match. It was harrowing and disappointing because I couldn't do any activities for 10 months.
