The last one was a train subscription applicant form, and I have to attach some other official papers with it like a letter from my university, national ID, and a lot of photos.

Hi everyone, in the task 1 , number 4 : You can get a student card without a passport (why it's true?).
In the checklist the said you need a passport photo and a copy of your passport or other photo ID.

The answer is true because you can use an alternative document:
A passport photo is needed but not a passport as if you don't have a passport you can still get a student card using another photo ID.
