Well, that depends on what type of meeting or conference, I'm going to attend. For example, if I've to attend a short meeting, the facilities that I'll look for the audio video system if they are going to use. At least water should be served. And the lights should be enough so that we can see the presenter properly.
I prefer to attend conferences that are be good organized, and I hope to have breaks between talks/activities, because sometime I really feel like I'll be dying of boredom when the talks/activities are too long, and it will be vey good thing to got some refreshments because they simply refresh your mind and focus.
It's very important to get comfortable seats and an air conditioner.
I think the conference hall is close to the city center or Popular Street. I want to go out when the conference finishes. I prefer this conference hall because it has a gym, a swimming pool, a running track, and it is near the forest.
When I go to a meeting, it is very important for me to have good organisation, kind people, free Wi-Fi and a clean room.
In my opinion, most importants facillities for meeting should be:
1. Free Wi-Fi.
2. Great environment.
3. Good personal.
4. And eventually refreshment!
If these facillities, meeting doesn't has, then it might be failed.
